Exchange Policy

Fit Racegear is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with an item or require a different size, we are pleased to offer an exchange. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new and unused condition.
2. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning items to Fit Racegear.
3. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
4. Fit Racegear will cover the shipping costs for sending the newly exchanged item to you at no additional charge.
5. All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original ship date.

Refunds

For refund requests on items without an exchange, please contact our returns department via email at info@fitracegear.com with your order number and Return in Subject. Kindly note the following:

1. We accept returns within 30 days after the items were shipped to the buyer.
2. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of the return.

Custom Items

Custom Product Refund/Exchange

Fit Racegear does not accept returns on items that have been specifically designed for a customer. Deposits made for custom items are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@fitracegear.com.

Return Shipping Address

NOTICE: Any items returned with pet hair, or a smoke smell will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
