1. To order custom product first download all the necessary forms related to that item/product, no need to fill in the forms you don’t need.
2. When you’re done, email the forms back to us at info@fitracegear.com with 50% payment. (We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Credit Card, and Soon we will also be accepting Check by mail.)
3. Then we start working on your proof/artwork/design and work with you until you finalize design.
4. Once design is finalized, we send everything to our production.
5. Once the product is finished, and ready for shipment, the final 50% payment is due before we dispatch the item/product.

• Our typical turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks for production and can vary depending on the amount of orders at the current time.
• For the design, you can hand draw something on the design form, use a computer to draw, or find a picture of a design you like, and we can recreate it with whatever colors you would like.
• Tips for measurement form:
  • When measuring make sure you’re looking straight ahead, not down.
  • Use a Soft tape in other words cloth tape to measure.
  • Have your family/friend measure you not a tailor.
  • Take all measurements in inches.
